Thank you for your interest in being a merchant at the 2020 A Christmas Affair! Please note that we do not accept applications from independent distributors. The deadline for submitting the online merchant application is 11:59PM CT on Friday, March 13, 2020. Non-perishable samples must be received by Friday, March 13, 2020 and perishable food samples will only be accepted from Monday, March 23 – Thursday, March 26, 2020.
Only online applications with full payment of the $40 application fee will be considered. Emailed or mailed applications will not be accepted. Applications without samples and photographs may be rejected from the selection process.
