When can I purchase tickets?

A Christmas Affair 2023 tickets are anticipated to roll out in two phases. All parties, including Market Day tickets, will go on sale Friday, Sept. 1. Children’s Events tickets, including pictures with Santa, will go on sale Friday, Sept. 15. Tickets will be available for purchase online at achristmasaffair.com. 

How much are market tickets? 

Thank you for your interest in A Christmas Affair! Market Day tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased online starting Sept. 1. 

What events happen during A Christmas Affair?

In addition to the extremely popular holiday gift market, we invite you to join us for an out of this world A Christmas Affair experience by attending one or more of our exclusive parties. All parties require a separate ticket, and prices vary depending on the event.     

A Christmas Affair wouldn’t be complete without Santa! We are thrilled to offer six different events for families and children featuring buffets, activities, entertainment and an appearance by Santa himself. These events take place at The Junior League of Austin’s Community Impact Center.

What are the prices for parties? 

Come dressed to impress at our opening reception, “A Cosmic Ball,” on Wednesday, Nov. 15 from 6:30–9:30 p.m. To kick-off Austin’s holiday season, A Christmas Affair will take you into space with an evening of private shopping, unique entertainment and an incredible silent auction. Ticket: $125

Mission To Brunch is a private shopping experience to remember. Join us from 9 a.m–12 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16 to shop ’til you drop and enjoy brunch. We’re excited to see you on board. Ticket: $75

Mission To Brunch VIP ticket includes a private shopping experience to remember. Join us from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16 to shop ’til you drop while enjoying brunch. With your ticket you will receive two complimentary glasses of champagne (must present drink tickets at bar), access to an exclusive seating area, and have a special VIP entrance to the market. We have limited tickets, so get yours before they are gone. Ticket: $110

Calling all Supernova ladies! Supernova Girls Night Out promises to be a night to remember with live entertainment, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and more out of this world light-up surprises on Thursday, Nov. 16 from 7–10 p.m. Dress to sparkle and shine and get ready for a Supernova Girls Night Out! Your ticket grants you shopping access anytime during market hours on Thursday. Shopping will conclude at 8 p.m., but the party will continue outside. Ticket: $75

Sip on a mimosa as you stroll through the market of incredible vendors during this private shopping event on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 8:30 a.m.–10 a.m. Wake up and Shop Among The Stars for the holiday season! Ticket: $50

What are the prices for Children’s Events?

Celebrate with your brightest stars at “Twinkle, Twinkle, You’re A Star!” from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 17. This will be a morning of magical experiences that will leave you shining bright! Blast off with live entertainment, while you enjoy a breakfast buffet with out of this world treats like moon cakes with stardust and more, a hot chocolate and coffee bar by Sorrento’s Coffee, cookie art from Make It Sweet and a keepsake craft for you to take home. Ticket: $38

Time to put on your pajamas and bust a move during the Rockets & Robots: DJ PJ Party from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17. Join us for a dinner buffet of meteorBITES, dancing, cookie artwork from Make It Sweet, crafts and much more. Ticket: $48

Step right up and join us at ACA’s Cosmic Carnival from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m on Saturday, Nov. 18. Prepare for an out-of-this-world experience including delicious themed breakfast food, live music, entertainment, a hot chocolate and coffee bar from Sorrento’s Coffee, cookie artwork from Make It Sweet, and a keepsake craft. Each ticket includes a full breakfast buffet, hot chocolate & coffee bar. Ticket: $38

Time to put on your pajamas and bust a move during the Rockets & Robots: DJ PJ Party from  4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18. Join us for a dinner buffet of meteorBITEs, dancing, a hot chocolate and coffee bar from Sorrento’s Coffee, cookie artwork from Make It Sweet, crafts and much more. Ticket: $48

Enjoy live entertainment and a delightful brunch during this cosmic time at “Meteor Shower Wishes” from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19. Transport your little ones to the land of magic as we enjoy live entertainment, a hot chocolate and coffee bar from Sorrento’s Coffee, cookie artwork from Make It Sweet and a keepsake craft. Ticket: $38

Plan to take the adventure of a lifetime at “Fly Me To The Moon” from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19. Be flown to the moon as we enjoy live entertainment, a themed brunch buffet, a hot chocolate and coffee bar from Sorrento’s Coffee, cookie artwork from Make It Sweet and a keepsake craft. Ticket: $38

Is there a shuttle available to Palmer Events Center?

Parking at Palmer Events Center is extremely limited. We recommend that guests carpool or rideshare.  Included in your ticket is also a complimentary shuttle from Barton Creek Mall.
